Terms & Conditions:
Luxenics & Events will not be held liable for injuries or illness that may occur during bookings. I am participating in this activity voluntarily and entirely at my own risk. I acknowledge that injuries or outcomes may result from my own or others' negligence. I willingly waive any right to bring legal action against Luxenics & Events for personal injury or property damage. In the event I require medical care or treatment, I agree to be financially responsible for any costs incurred. I am aware that I should carry my own health insurance. For desirable planning, we require all bookings to be placed at least three weeks prior to the scheduled event. Last-minute bookings made within one week of the event date incur an additional fee of $100. Regrettably, bookings made later than one week in advance will not be accepted. On the day of the picnic, we will send you a drop-pin location to the contact number you have provided. We kindly request that you refrain from approaching your picnic setup earlier than your designated start time. Your adherence to these guidelines ensures a smooth and enjoyable experience. 

Cancellation Policy + Refunds:
Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable 50% deposit, due one week before the reserved date. The remaining balance is required 24 hours prior to the event. In case of cancellation, Luxenics & Events is not liable for refunding the full amount. We appreciate one week's notice for partial refund or rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances. After the service is provided, no refunds will be issued. Rest assured, our team is committed to executing every effort to decorate your event to the highest standard of service excellence.

Payment Type
We offer various payment methods, including cash, PayPal, wire transfers, and cheques.

Tax
All bookings are subject to a 12% government tax, which will be automatically added to your total.

Weather Conditions:
In consideration of unpredictable weather conditions, rescheduling is permitted. In the event that adverse weather conditions are forecasted on the day of your event, you are eligible to reschedule the picnic to any future available date within 3 months of your original booking.
Late Arrivals:
"We understand delays can happen. While we will wait for your arrival at the picnic, please be aware that this may reduce the overall duration of your scheduled picnic time.

Pricing + Packages:
Pricing and packages are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to update pricing or make any adjustments to our packages on our website at any time.

Damages:
In the event that your allocated picnic duration has concluded, we kindly request you to contact us promptly. Additionally, in the unlikely occurrence of damage or loss of any items during your picnic, you will be responsible for covering the cost of the item, along with any associated fees. To avoid any inadvertent issues, we kindly request that you do not leave your picnic table unattended.
